From: snicolet Date: Mon, 6 Mar 2017 02:20:27 +0000 (-0800) Subject: Speed-up some arrays reading X-Git-Url: https://git.sesse.net/?p=stockfish;a=commitdiff_plain;h=728ce2195c505b73305d21a326cee4010d5dbf0e;hp=1810c4d758674dc4de288ca782851e52874f8908 Speed-up some arrays reading This patch removes the empty rows at the beginning and at the end of MobilityBonus[] and Protector[] arrays: • reducing the size of MobilityBonus from 768 bytes to 512 bytes • reducing the size of Protector from 1024 to 512 bytes Also adds some comments and cleaner code for the arrays in pawns.cpp No speed penalty (measured speed-up of 0.4%). No functional change.
