2.0.2: MAYOR CHANGES => needs testing
       - ffmpeg_producer: Re-write. Better buffering. Improved auto-transcoder. Fixed muxer bugs.
       - executor: Fixed mayor bug which could cause executor to shutdown prematurely.
       - destruction_proxy: Re-write. Fixed bug where producers were not always destroyed asynchronously.
       - main: Don't continue execution on unhandled exception, terminate instead.
       - server: Log initialization process.
