 * configure.ac: libavcodec.pc doesn't instruct us to link with mp3lame,
   liba52, etc. so --with-ffmpeg-mp3lame and stuff should still be
   useful in this case. The ffmpeg module needs to be built-in under OS X
   otherwise it doesn't link.
