 * added a BLOCK_FLAG_END_OF_FRAME flag
 * reformated comments on block flags
modules/demux/livedotcom.cpp
 * use BLOCK_FLAG_END_OF_FRAME, and only for h261 streams
modules/codec/Modules.am,mash.cpp
 * new h261 video decoder using openmash. Building this plugin is left as an
   excersise for the reader.
