This patch tries to fix issue
0000340 : Suggestion: Open Kuiserver automatically when render starts (http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=340). I am sorry about the whitespace changes, actual changes are the addition of a threadsleep class, which I find hard to believe I need, a check for the kuiserver running, via dbus, and finally a waitloop with a cap of three seconds to start it. Tested under kde 4.1.2 - please revert if unacceptable
