Release plocate 1.1.4.

  - updatedb now uses ~15% less CPU time.

  - Installs a file CACHEDIR.tag into /var/lib/plocate, to mark the directory
    as autogenerated. Suggested by Marco d'Itri.

  - Manpage fixes; patch by Jakub Wilk.
