  Conversely PIX_FMT_RGB32, PIX_FMT_RGB32_1, PIX_FMT_BGR32 and
  PIX_FMT_BGR32_1 are now macros.
  avcodec_get_pix_fmt() now recognizes the "rgb32" and "bgr32" aliases.
  Re-sort the enum PixelFormat list accordingly.
  This change breaks API/ABI backward compatibility.
